#1 DELIVERY

-For all items:

These items will be sent directly by our sales partners. They pieces are sent without transiting through our Parisian Workshop. Each item will therefore be sent individually by its owner.

If you wish to inform us of a change of address, please send us an email on hello@imparfaiteparis.com


#2 RETURNS

All orders placed before and during the quarantine were able to benefit from an extended return time. All those whose returns could not be shipped during the period will be contacted by customer service as soon as possible.

We always allow you to return the ones pieces you don't like. Simply write to us at hello@imparfaiteparis.com, mentioning your order number and the ones pieces you wish to return. 

You will receive an answer as soon as possible. Please be aware that during this period there are many requests and the processing time can take up to several days.


-About returns shipped out before the quarantine. -About returns shipped out before the quarantine:

All returns received at the workshop on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 March could not be processed before the closure of the workshop but were processed as of 11 May.

All returns sent before the announcement of the containment and not received at the workshop will be stored by the Post Office for the entire containment period. Once received at the workshop, we will process and reimburse them.

They will be sent directly by our partner sellers straight to you, without passing by our Parisian Atelier. Each piece will arrive in an individual parcel wrapped by its owner. 


#2 RETURNS

The return delays have been extended during quarantine. For all our clients who could not ship their returns during the period will be contacted by the customer service as soon as possible. 

If you wish to return a piece, please email hello@imparfaiteparis.com, mentioning which piece you would like to return and your order number.

Our customer care girls will get back to you asap.


-About returns shipped before the quarantine:

All returns received at the warehouse on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th March could not be processed before its closure but has been processed on Monday 11th May.

Returns forwarded before the announcement of the quarantine and not received at the warehouse will be stored by the Post Office until the end of the quarantine. Once received at the warehouse, we will process and refund them.
